- Saturday, March 10—1:30-5:30pm (warm up w/Ms. Hannah at 1pm if not already in a technique class): All Ensemble
Show Week—Tentative Schedule:
- Monday, March 12— 6:30-8:30pm: All Ensemble
- Tuesday, March 13— 6:30-8:30pm: All Ensemble
- Wednesday, March 14— 4-9pm: All Cast (Staging Rehearsal w/o costume, no makeup, blocking dances only)
- Thursday, March 15— 4-9pm: All Cast (Tech Rehearsal w/ costume, no makeup- 1 run through w/ stops for lighting design)
- Friday, March 16— 4-9pm: All Cast (Dress Rehearsal w/ costume & makeup—2 run throughs w/o stops)
- Saturday, March 17— Performance Day—arrival time is 11am.

Additional Reminder: ALL ENSEMBLE MEMBERS need to be present at EVERY rehearsal from now until "Parable". We will be doing a run through of each dance learned to date at each rehearsal. This is a VERY IMPORTANT part of the rehearsal process that allows us the ability to not have to go back and "re-learn" choreography.
Note: Understudies should attend rehearsals for their roles whenever possible.
Message from Ensemble Directors—
· We understand the rehearsal demands put added pressure on students during production week (March 12-17). If you/your child would like a note from us for their school/teacher please let Ms. Hannah know. This note/email/letter may allow for absences, early dismissals, delayed homework assignments, etc.
· We will not allow late arrivals to rehearsals the week of the production. Students are expected to be ready to dance at the announced rehearsal time including dance attire on, hair in a bun, snacks already consumed and dancers present in the classroom/theater.
· Warm-ups are included in the rehearsals and are not necessary prior to the rehearsal, although core warm-ups/stretching encouraged.
· Please note that rehearsals begin at 4pm (not 4:15 or 4:30pm) on the following dates at GRCH:
o Wed 3/15
o Thurs 3/16
o Fri 3/17
· This extra effort during production week means timely dismissal from rehearsals, a calm rehearsal environment and students who are prepared and excited!!
